The classic Elite Thermal Barrier Jacket returns with new materials and design. Pearl Izumi have strategically placed barrier fabric over the thermal fleece body to resist wind and rain, while still allowing maximum breathability where you need it.

The Elite Thermal Fleece fabric interior and Elite Barrier outer shell front panels create a two-layer construction that provides warmth, plus wind protection. The Thermal Barrier jacket also features a full length internal draft flap with zip garage and an elasticated hem to seal in warmth. Two rear pockets are included to stash essentials and reflective detailing aids low light visibility for added safety.
