The Motion has all the great features as the Gravity, but is built with a Woman's Q angle in mind. The medial posting support extends forward to the forefoot flex groove. In simple terms the shoe helps reduce the amount of late stage pronation that can occur in women who have a flexible foot type. This means less negative rotation to the foot, knee and hip.
