Postage rates
WE will dispatch your order within 1 working day (mon-fri) subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted the same day. Items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Accessories and smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and are normally delivered within 2 working days.
Wheels, nutrition & wetsuits are sent via courier on a 1 day service.
Bicycles are also sent via courier but on a two day service. Items sent via courier require a signature.

Nutrition (larger volumes) £7 for the first 5kg and 40p per kilo thereafter

These postal charges apply for within the UK with the exclusion of Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and some parts of Scotland (please call for details).
